| You are born, you live, you die, a natural progression of life. At first there are many that remember you, than slowly as the years pass, the ones that remember you also pass from this world. The world revolves, times passes, and soon no one is left that remembers you. But as long as someone walks through the old cemetaries, you are not forgotten. As people read the stones, and wonder about the person buried there, you become a part of the present and not just of the past. The following are from the Athens Cemetary, and represent our past and now have become a part of our present. And as more people stop, look, think, and remember, they will always be a part of the future. |
