On April 17th our team revisited the Mausoleum at Woodland Cemetery with the Les and Greg. It is one of our teams favorite buildings to investigate because we just never know what we are going to capture when we go. Our very first visit to the Mausoleum in August of 2008 was very short, basically just a tour of the building after we had roamed the cemetery for a few hours.  Each time that we have gone back the experiences grow with our team. If a
building can take on a persona then this building has. On your first visit it is a quiet place, a building where you should respect the resting of the souls who
lay there. On second visit the building knows you a little better and some of it's residents may curiously watch you as you come in to investigate. Your
third visit and they come out to play.
Perhaps it was because we came in and cleaned before we turned the lights out. Perhaps it was because one of our teams members has been there so
often that the spirits enjoy her return. Perhaps working with mediums opens the communication paths between this world and theirs. Whatever the reason,
on our third visit as a team we picked up the most compeling video evidence of spirit activity that we have ever captured. For over a year now we have
been picking up shadows on video. Through intense scrutiny we have ruled out every one as something that can be explained. This night we captured a
shadow that has not been explained and we feel as a team that this is our first video capture of spirit energy.  O

During this time our team was sitting down in the lobby of the Mausoleum. Leslie was talking about the spirit of a little girl named Betty that she and Greg had found.
The little girl was following Greg around most of the evening. Teri, Deb, Leslie and Wendy are sitting down in the lobby while Greg is in the east corridor of the building discussing Betty
when we pick up this shadow on our Sony video camera in nightshot with IR light on. Teri, lead investigator for the team also picks up on a presence to her left. Shadow people are often
seen during investigations but very hard to film because of the speed in which they travel. We believe we captured the shadow and energy of Betty, the little girl that plays in the
Mausoleum.

Another phenomena captured during investigations is audible noises that can't be explained. During this investigation at the Mausoleum we captured
audio evidence of the gates rattling in one crypt on their own accord.
We captured this on a couple of different recorders, compare them below.

Could the gates shake on their own accord like this?

As a rule you never know what to expect on an investigation. What is Betty trying to say to Les before she pulls Les's hair?

Comment from Les and Greg

Once again, we had a great evening working with the RTPS group.  It is certainly a pleasure working with all of them, and not have a "Run Dude!!!" no matter what clangs or thumps.  There were several residents in attendance that evening, we think not all from the Mausoleum.  It may be one or two hang out in here as their stones have been vandalized and they need a place to be.  In the second EVP, that was Betty crying.  As we have no idea where her mom was, we did the best we could with her.  We only found the resting place of her dad there.  She was extremely lonely and bored as any 6 year old would be stuck in a place like that.  We found that she was in a different mood than the last time RTPS visited and was not at all interested in playing ball.
Typically, residents inhabiting places are marginally aware of each other, but not connected, and the mausoleum was  no different.  We encountered 5 folks there and only 2 of them communicated with each other.  Mary C. Cherry was rather pushy with one of the others when we were working with Betty.  Good on her!
All in all, was a very rewarding investigation and look forward to getting back again.  Our thanks to RTPS for the invitation and would join up with them anytime.
